Making a deposit is quick and simple.
Your first step is to go to the ArbiSmart dashboard and click on “Deposit” in the menu on the left side of the page.
Next, pick a currency from the dropdown menu. The deposit method will automatically update to suit the chosen currency. Now you just need to transfer the amount you wish to deposit with ArbiSmart.
If you are depositing a FIAT currency such as EUR or USD, you will be offered the option to send a wire transfer.
You click on CREATE REQUEST then the bank account details for the transfer will appear, and they will also be sent via email.
You will need to send the funds, and then to complete the process upload the receipt you receive from the bank.
To do this, go to the History page in the menu on the left side of the page. Click on the green UPLOAD button next to the account transfer request and upload the receipt.
If you are transferring cryptocurrency a payment address will appear. This is your ArbiSmart wallet destination, where the cryptocurrency should be sent to complete your deposit.
To send funds directly to your ArbiSmart wallet you have 2 choices.
One option is to use your phone to scan the QR code, which holds the payment address.
The other option is to copy and paste the address, where requested, in the platform from which you are transferring your cryptocurrency.
Important note: Transferring an unsupported currency to your Arbismart wallet could result in the permanent loss of your funds.
